Return Policy and Process

Please note, return orders ship via USPS which may experience delays. We appreciate you bearing with us (and supporting the post office <3) All full-priced items (including Kits) are eligible for return within 30 days of the original purchase date. Packs must be returned in full. Given the delicate nature of what we sell, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached and in original packaging to proceed with a return.

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we offer direct exchanges with complimentary shipping. If you’d like a refund back to your original payment method, we deduct $5 from your refund to cover shipping and restocking.

Please note, 

  • Exchanges, store credits and/or refunds will be issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected by our warehouse to confirm they meet our return-eligible criteria above.
  • Store credit requests are free to process and issued electronically; credits do not expire and can be used toward anything on our site.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days to receive and process your return request after your return package has been shipped.
  • While we try our best, direct exchange requests are not guaranteed because our stock is limited.
  • If you’re returning part of a Kit, the refunded amount will reflect the item’s Kit price, not the standard full price of the item.
  • If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s proportionally discounted price, not the standard full price of the item.
  • “Last Chance” or price reduced items purchased in the context of a sale (online or offline) are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Black Friday price reduced items are eligible for direct size exchange or store credit only.
  • Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorization will be returned to sender.

Can I return an internationally shipped order?

Items purchased internationally are the responsibility of the customer to return and are not eligible for direct exchange. Please email with your request.
